About this case

Settlement Payment Notice Re: Domino’s Pizza Franchisees

You are receiving this letter as a result of the settlement of a lawsuit filed by the Office of the New York State Attorney General (“OAG”) entitled People of the State of New York v. Domino’s Pizza, Inc. et al., No. 450627/2016 (Sup. Ct. N.Y. County). According to information provided to the OAG, you were employed at a Domino’s Pizza franchise owned and operated by either Anthony Maestri, Shueb Ahmed or Matthew Denman at some point from 2008 through 2013. The OAG determined that during this time period the Domino’s franchisee you worked for failed to pay you and other workers, wages required under the New York Labor Law. As a result of this violation, you are owed money from the settlement the OAG has collected.

You have until January 19, 2023 to select how you would like to receive your payment. On this website, you will be prompted to enter your CLAIMANT ID (found on the Notice mailed to you, SIMID #) and your LAST NAME name to verify your eligibility and claim your payment.

The OAG has hired Simpluris to be the Settlement Administrator in this case to send these notices to affected workers, process the payments, and answer questions. Please contact Simpluris at (888) 427-9231 if you have any questions, have difficulties with the website, or if you believe you received this letter in error.

If you would like additional information about this settlement and the OAG’s lawsuit against these Domino’s franchisees, you can find our press release here: https://ag.ny.gov/press-release/2017/ag-schneiderman-announces-settlements-totaling-480k-10-dominos-franchise.
